"Boots feel really solid so far"
I haven’t had them for that long yet, but they feel really well made right out of the box. The quality seems great and they’ve got a nice sturdy feel to them.

I wasn’t expecting to like these as much as I do, but they’re seriously cool boots. The style really stands out without being too much, and they look great with jeans. I’ve already had a few compliments, so yeah… I guess they were a good buy.

"Really solid boots"
Got these boots last week and yeah, I’m happy with them. The leather feels sturdy, the stitching looks clean, and they just don’t have that cheap feel at all. They did take a little bit to break in, but that’s kind of expected with boots like this. Overall, really well made and I’m glad I bought them.

"Delivery was way more stressful than it needed to be"
I ordered these boots thinking it would be a simple delivery, but it ended up being a hassle. They arrived late, and the tracking barely updated the whole time, so I had no idea what was going on. The boots are fine, but getting them here was way harder than it should’ve been.

"Loads of boots to choose from"
I had a browse through the site there’s a really good range of boots on there. Plenty of styles and sizes, so it made finding something I liked straightforward. I was just casually scrolling and then suddenly, okay, there are way more options than I expected. Definitely made choosing a pair a lot easier.

"Checkout worked, but it drained my patience"
Checkout did go through in the end, so I guess that's something, but it was kind of annoying on my phone. The payment page took a few minutes to load, and I had to go back and double-check my delivery info because it didn’t feel totally clear. It wasn’t a disaster, but it was one of those small hassles that wastes more energy than it should

"Great packaging, just bad timing on my end"
The boots showed up really well packed with no damage at all. the packaging was spot on. Only downside was the timing wasn’t great for me, but that’s just bad luck more than anything.

"Just a heads up: these boots really do last"
Quick warning for anyone thinking about ordering from unionjackboots.com: don’t expect these boots to fall apart after a few wears. I’ve had mine for a few months now and they’ve been through work, daily dog walks, rain, mud, the lot. The soles are still holding up fine and the stitching hasn’t started coming loose or anything. i’m impressed so far.

I had to send back a pair of boots because the size just didn’t work for me. I was already in a bit of an annoyed mood because I’d been looking forward to wearing them, so I was half expecting the return to be a pain too.
But it was actually really simple. I posted them back, got an email update, and the refund went back onto my card without me needing to chase anyone. Easy all round, so no complaints from me

"Helpful staff, but it took more effort than it should’ve"
I emailed them about sizing and, to be fair, the staff were helpful once they got back to me. They did give me useful info, but the wait was longer than I expected, so I ended up wasting energy checking my email and second-guessing what size to order.
The order worked out fine in the end, but the support felt a bit basic. Not terrible or anything, just not the smoothest experience. I might use them again, but I’d hope it’s a bit less back-and-forth next time

"Sizing advice actually got it right"
I have to say, the size advice was spot on. The boots fit perfectly the first time, which was a relief because I really can’t be bothered with returns, exchanges, waiting around, and all that hassle. I hate when sizing is off, I hate having to send stuff back, and I hate messing about with shoes that don’t fit. These were easy, put them on and they felt right straight away.

"Thought They’d Fit Better"
The boots look nice overall, so I kind of assumed they’d be fine when I ordered my usual size. But once I tried them on, they felt a little tight around the toes. Not awful or anything, just not as comfortable of a fit as I expected.
